At Rouse Hill Family Dental Clinic our priority is to provide you with the best level of dental care, delivered in a gentle way. Our practice was established in 1999, by our owner and principal dentist Dr. Ray Singh. We are Rouse Hill’s original dental practice and have a long history of working in partnership with the local community. Our team of dentists, hygienists, nurses and reception staff love working together, and we inspire each other to always do our best. You will notice this level of enthusiasm and see how it benefits you. We are dental nerds and proud of it!
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is what sets us apart. We really listen to you. We will take the time to ask you what your dental goals and concerns are and we will work with you in formulating a treatment plan that is right for you. Our goal is for you to have a healthy and beautiful mouth, not just in the short term but for life. That’s why preventive dentistry is the cornerstone of what we do, and why our hygiene recall program is so important to our patients. From early childhood, through to teens, adulthood and for seniors our team will treat the whole family for a lifetime.We understand that for some people, dental visits can be stressful. We are a practice that has been at the forefront of dental progress for some time. From CAD-CAM ceramic restorations, digital radiography, implants and orthodontics you can rest assured that your treatment will be state of the art.
Our Team
Dr. Ramon Singh
Principal Dentist
Ray is our principal dentist and practice owner. He completed his dental degree in 1997 with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney and worked in other practices, as well as teaching undergraduate dental students until establishing Rouse Hill Family Dental Clinic in 1999.
Ray’s special areas of interest are restorative and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implant surgery all of which are areas he has completed years of further study in. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Implant Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Ray’s great passion is combining his loves of dentistry and technology, and is committed to continuing education in these fields so his patients are always assured they are receiving the most up to date level of care.
Outside of dentistry he enjoys photography and having his life run by his three daughters and his wife Katrina.
A/Professor Ky-Anh Nguyen
Dentist
Ky-Anh is a general dentist, scientist and academic. He completed his dental degree in 1995 with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney and went on to complete his PhD in 2004.
Ky-Anh is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Sydney and enjoys dividing his time between private practice in Rouse Hill, teaching dental courses, carrying out dental research and spending time with his young family. His area of research interest focuses on understanding how certain oral bacteria cause gum disease and how they can influence the general health of that individual.
Ky-Anh has been part of Rouse Hill Dental Clinic team for 15 years.
Dr. Clare Cheung
Dentist
Clare first graduated from the University of Sydney with First Class Honours in Pharmacy in 2008, then went on to complete her Bachelor of Dentistry degree, also from the University of Sydney.
Clare has worked in a range of practices in Sydney, but has found her home at Rouse Hill Family Dental Clinic. Clare takes the time to listen and discuss treatment options, and is a gentle and proficient clinician.
Iris Buenaventura
Oral Health Therapist
Iris graduated from the University of Technology (Sydney) with a Bachelor of Science degree (Biomedical Science). After working as a microbiologist, Iris left the lab to study her Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Sydney. This qualifies her as both a Dental Hygienist and an Oral Health Therapist.
Iris has worked at Rouse Hill Family Dental Clinic since 2012. She provides periodontal care to our patients in a thorough and gentle manner. Iris is also qualified in providing restorative dental care for children and adolescents.
